Our client is a leader within the hospitality industry. The company is specialized in the e-commerce sector and has a defined presence having established solid business relationships across the European market.

Located in our SSC office in Barcelona, under the direction of the Country Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

- Developing, supervising, training and evaluating the workflow of your team
- Achieving budget, meeting your SLA’s, expanding sales and reaching goals on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis
- KPI’s Planning and follow-up
- Leading and motivating your team and increasing its productivity
- Generating action plans to enhance performance and productivity of underperforming personnel
- Support in interviewing candidates and hiring successful candidates.

Minimum requirements:
- Full-time work availability.
- Higher education in commerce and or restaurant business and, or hospitality
- Previous experience managing sales team.
- Native level of Dutch
- Fluent level of English
- Fluent level of Spanish would be a plus
- Experience in managing teams with cold-calling objectives and KPI’s
