Our client operates within the e-commerce sector, specifically working with restaurants across Europe. Their mission is to help consumers find a suitable restaurant depending on the cuisine, ambience, area and price range. They offer their consumers the ability to reserve tables online and see real-time availability in all of their restaurants.
You will be located in our client´s central offices in Barcelona. You will be present and responsible for helping their B2B clients execute and manager their web needs.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Setting up and managing our B2B clients’ online modules.
- Tracking of the development of the module setup.
- Generating reports and statistics on module setup.
- Interacting with business teams, and recovering information.
- Interacting with our partner restaurants for information recovery and follow up.
- Interacting with the web master agencies to see, if installation has done and follow up
Minimum requirements:
- At least one year of studies or experience related to the development of IT applications.
- Background in customer service or project management.
- Website design and/or WordPress development
- Good knowledge of Photoshop
- HTML and JavaScript experience
- Knowledge of PHP/ASP
- Native level of Italian
- High level of Spanish
- High level of Danish
- High level of Danish is highly valued
- Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Analytical working approach
- Strict attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of general IT tools (particularly Excel)
