Our client is a sports company that prides itself in attracting the best employees.

We are looking for creative, self-driven, dynamic and experienced people to become part of the team in Barcelona. Being a motocross, BMX, or mountain bike enthusiast is a plus.

The main tasks of the position are:

-Deal with customer and sales queries quickly and effectively;
-Be able to take accurate and concise information over the telephone;
-Perform the order entry into the ERP system;
-Check stock availability and call the final consumer if there is any issue;
-Tracking and follow up of orders, liaising with the warehouse and shipping company;
-Deal with any operational issue (refusals, returns, damages, etc.);
-Ensure basic maintenance of Operations Systems;
-Prepare and maintain customer order database and issue invoices;
-Email dialogue with the customers and sales force;
-Day to day filing.

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

-Native Level of German
-High level of English
-Any other language is a plus;
-Customer Service experience in fast-moving consumer goods industry or Retail/Fashion/Sports;
-Understanding of back office Operations systems;
-Proactive, problem-solver;
-Computer skills: good knowledge of Microsoft office. SAP is a plus.
