As a receptionist your main role will include the following responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and announce visitors/candidates.
- Database Maintenance
- Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times
- Liaise with suppliers and clients
- Provides support, such as answering telephone, taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to
voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages
We are looking for a candidate with the following competences and skills:
Qualifications:
- Graduation from high school (administration)
- Native/ Fluent level of Spanish
- Advanced level of English
Experience:
- 1- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills:
- Handle telephone calls with courtesy.
- Maintain effective working relationships
- Work independently with general supervision
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Regularly required to work on multiple concurrent tasks.
- A flexible and mature approach to task solving.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Working hours: 09.00-19.00 from Monday to Thursday; 09.00-15.00 on Fridays.
