Our client is a start-up company and it has been expanding in Spain.

You will be reporting directly to the Global Director of Operations. The Head of International Operations will be responsible for developing operations within these markets to create a highly efficient and "well oiled" operations team.
The responsibilities of the roles are:

Formulating Implementing a multi- department and multi-function Operations strategy (incl. improvement in B2C B2B customer service experience, customer service branding, automation and efficiency improvement)
Setting and implementing KPIs for the operations directors/managers
P/L management for group operations
Liaising with Country Managers to represent the strategy of the local markets
Resource forecasting of both small teams (50 people).
Training of Team Leads Ops executives to surpass industry standards
Implementation management of key CRM tools
Fraud management (incl. liaising with Payment Service Providers)


Minimum of 3 years experience of operations at a director level. Fluent/Native in English and Spanish, a third language is a plus but not essential
Experience in managing Call Data Entry centers
Experience with managing international teams is a very strong plus
Masters/degree is a plus
