Our client is one of the largest conglomerates in the gaming industry. They have offices in Austria, Spain, Denmark, Serbia, etc.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for leading the companies internal and external program of product deliveries and development projects.
Planning, coordinating, directing, leading and controlling the implementation of multiple large and small scale and/or simple or complex projects and deliveries.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Develop project objectives based on predefined customer strategy.
-Define activities, sequences of event, dependencies and duration of tasks required to complete the project.
-Manage resources and materials committed to the project.
-Implement corporate operating procedures including communication, documentation, quality and change control processes.
-Conduct risk assessment of strategic, technical, financial, political or business factors facing the project.
-Perform post projects and employee performance reviews.
-Act as a primary interface between the company and the customer project team.
We are looking for a professional with the following characteristics:
- +3 years of experience on projects that requires: success delivering systems on-time, within budget and in-scope.
-Ability to manage direct pressure and a high degree of travel.
-Ability to work remotely with teams in different locations.
-Good communication skills in English and a high or native level of Spanish.
-Strong personal skills.
-Ability to understand implications of unplanned changes and how to mitigate them.
