Based in Barcelona, this position will be responsible for :
- The control of the Team Managers for optimum performance;
- Coaching and leading Team Managers, including their coach and frequency behaviour towards the officers.
- The Tightening of the KPI Performance qualitatively and quantitatively;
- Resposible for operating profit: ensuring the most efficient possible operation including financial forecasting;
- Operational contact for the client, including organising reviews (monthly and quarterly);
- Actively collaborate with various corporate departments such as Quality, Training, WFM, IT, Recruitment and if applicable Account Managers
- The work also includes staff- related matters such as the conduct of assessment and performance appraisals and taking disciplinary actions.
- Excellent level of English
- University Degree in online media/ marketing desired
- Minimum 3 year of management experience (Account or Project Management)
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationship
- Ensuring the highest level of customer service with all clients
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Passionate about new digital world
- Microsoft Office user
- Self-motivated, driven, organized, client and goal oriented
- Able to multitask, prioritize and excel in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills; Must be able to think critically about
both client needs and internal solutions.
