Important multinational company, working for the automotive sector.

Your main tasks as a Search Account Director will be:
· Work with client to set specific country-level budget goals and work with the team to ensure campaign work is built on time and on strategy
· Ensure workflow is smooth between the global team, which is directly managing the PPC
accounts, and the local teams, which are providing localization support
· Analyze ongoing results to identify campaign trends and key insights to help meet and exceed client goals
· Think about how to best apply RLSA, DFSA, and other search audience targeting tactics
· Smartly use programmatic targeting options to move the consumer through the sales journey
· Ensure team continuously recommends ideas/strategies/tactics and formulates campaign optimization plans

the right candidate must:
• Have at leat 5 years experience in Paid Search, display, and/or programmatic
•Be a proactive self-starter
•Strong spoken and written English; ideally fluent in another EU language
•Keen interest and experience in project and team management
•Desire to learn more about automotive industry
•Have polished presentation, communication and listening skills
•Have strong organizational skills as applied through an ability to manage multiple projects at once
•Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
Familiarity with paid search management tools (DS3) and the Google tech stack
