Multinational American Company.

You will be responsible for the coordination of the reception, processing and record of European complaints.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Organize complaints handling activities for all European subsidiaries in order to ensure the correct
timing is observed, the accuracy of information and to detect reportable cases, as well as to forward
complaint information for product replacement or credit to Customer Service Department.
- Coordinate Complaints related training sessions in Europe to make sure that all staff involved with
complaints is adequately trained.
- Receive complaint products and organise international shipments for investigation.
- Provide complaints reports upon Managing Director, Sales Rep, Customer Service or Customer
request.

Profile of suitable candidate:

- University Degree
- 1 year minimum experience in a similar position: dealing with different languages, contact with
customers and with tasks which require special attention to detail.
- English: advanced level. Written and fluent in at least a couple of other European languages (Spanish,
German, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese)
- MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Organization and communication skills
