Our client is an international Software company.

The role of the Business Developer or Solution Development Representative is to identify and generate sales opportunities to support Account Managers. The role is responsible for making outbound calls to prospects to generate and qualify these sales opportunities. You will not need to close the deal over the phone but will be measured on the volume of opportunities discovered and passed to the sales team and also the quality of these opportunities discovered.

• Prospecting, lead generation, business development and setting appointments for Accounts Executives; to contribute towards an annual Revenue Target.
• Collaborate with Regional Directors and Account Executives to win new opportunities and grow the business
• Track and manage prospects through Salesforce.com
• Meet and exceed monthly quota of 20 New Opportunities per month. Build Rapport and identify goals and SMART objectives of clients, qualify timeframes, decision making process, and key needs
• Participate in team meetings, networking, tradeshow events (dependent on Region / at request of country management team), and other activities to grow the business
• Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts in assigned territory
• Execute creative lead generation telemarketing activities within to increase awareness and interest in the company
• Initiate the first phase of the sales cycle, create awareness, interest identify the goal that can lead to a successful

• Bachelor equivalent mandatory
• Master equivalent preferable
Languages:
• Native level of English mandatory
• Other language skills are of advantage
