Our client is a Premium VOD Business based in Barcelona with European presence. The business focus is to be a mass market VOD service, based on having the widest selection of content and be present on as many Internet connected devices as possible. This company has a large presence in Spain and are growing in 12 other European Countries.

As customer service for UK market you will be in charge of:

- Provide customer support via email chat voice and other channels ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Give support for translations of website/apps.
- Capture and identify customer feedback on areas of improvement for our product.
- Business Continuity, Quality Check and Assurance tasks.
- Support other markets when necessary

We are looking for a candidate with the following characteristics:

- Very high level/Native English/Spanish spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiar with connected devices (iPad, Android tablets, Smart Tvs…)
- Ability to work both alone, as part of a team and under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Good analytical skills with a challenging and enquiring mind
- Responsible and reliable
- Advanced level of other languages is a plus
- You love cinema
