As a Customer Service Representative, you will be working in the Customer Service division, reporting to the Team Leader. Your objective will be to deliver an excellent customer experience for clients.

You will be responsible for:
- Understand customers’ needs through excellent questioning skills
- Manage incoming inquiries over the phone and email about products and services to deliver an outstanding resolution to customers ensuring they are completely delighted.
- Provide ideas to improve the company’s customer experience

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

- Fluent in French and a native level of English. Any other European language is highly valued.
- One or more year of customer service experience (in contact centers preferred but not essential)
- High standards of computer literacy and keyboarding skills
- Experience with business support software applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
