As a Customer Service Operator, you will be handling the telephone management of inbound calls from Spain, France, and Belgium.
You´re responsibility will be handling inbound calls from customers, prospects, partner organisations, and suppliers, and transferring these calls internally to the correct colleague.
Your main responsibilities:
-Handling all incoming phone calls and emails.
-Providing excellent customer service
-In charge of the administrative and financial tasks of the office
•Qualifications
-Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
- Knowledge of Spanish would be a plus
•Experience
-At least 1 year experience in a customer service environment, such as in Operations Support, Operator, 1st Line, or a receptionist role.
-Experience with Switchboard/Multi line, specifically VOIP would be ideal.
-Experience handling high volume of inbound telephone calls.
•Skills
-Customer-focused attitude
-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally on the telephone
-Able to communicate with people at all levels
-Proficient in Microsoft office package
-Possess a positive attitude in all aspects of the role.
-Self-motivated and tenacious, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
