Our client currently distributes over 1000 car parks online in France, Spain, Switzerland and Belgium, gradually opening to new European countries.

As a Customer Success Operations, your main responsibilities will be:

- Collect information with sales teams
- Create car park content and ensure quick online release
- Advise our customers and partners via phone and email
- Identify and analyze customer issues
- Make recommendations about product improvement
- Translate the website

Languages:

- German: native
- Dutch: advanced level
- English: fluent (spoken and written)
- Spanish is a big plus

- Ideally, one or more year of customer service experience
