General Manager - Forex Trading

Location: Madrid, Spain
Department: Finance & Legal
Salary: Competitive salary

Brand of online investment company with international presence.


As a General Manager, you will be working in the Branch Director and reporting to HQ. Your objective will be to ensure the team's performance.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the team:

-Contacts and offers correct and fair information about financial markets to potential clients/existing clients
-Offers assistance and educational support regarding the Company’s products and services to clients
-Contacts clients who registered through the marketing department
-Communicates marketing promotions to clients, mainly by telephone or email
-Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner
-Gives high-quality information about the Company’s products
-Presents the risks involved in trading to any potential client/existing client
-Does not give investment advice or offer personal opinions about the financial market to clients
-Does not mislead the clients, and don't communicate in another form (Skype, team viewer, etc.) than phone calls or company’s emails
-Does not use an incognito name
-Doesn’t talk about the financial market without mentioning the source of information
-Doesn’t ask for sensitive information or the password of the client’s account
-Does not promise profits or give assurance that the client can obtain a guaranteed profit
-Doesn’t use an aggressive language

You will also:

-Complete staff operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees
-Follow up on work results
-Maintain the personnel at a national level (selecting, orientating, and training the employees)
-Maintain work results to national standards by coaching employees


We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:


-University / College degree in Business, Marketing, Computer related field or equivalent
-Fluent Spanish and English


-3-5 years of experience in forex industry

-Managing Processes
-Market Knowledge
-Developing Budgets
-Strong computer skills, CRM, Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint
