Sales Officer with native level of Spanish and high English

As a Sales Admissions Officer, you will operate the daily international sales operations for direct customers and deal with their admissions.

You will be responsible for:


-Advising customers (phone, emails, online chat) about destinations, schools, adequate programs and visa
-Manage you sales communications
-Organise phone contacts and interviews requests with prospects
-Create and follow up offers
-Send brochures
-Transform sales communication into bookings
-Update regularly your knowledge about our schools, destinations and sales technics
-Work closely with Student support referrals based in each school for confirming availability
-Create and follow up clients files and contracts with all needed administrative and payment information
-Supporting our customers, responding to any enquiries they may have before their arrival at school
-Managing complaints



-Degree in sales, marketing, tourism or equivalent
-Experience in sales department in travel tourism industry or in language education

-Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Native/Fluent in Spanish and English
-Spanish language would be a plus
