Technical Support Agent with Native Level of English


Location: Barcelona, Spain

Department: Native Speakers

The company has grown consistently since 1998 and now employs close to 2000 staff across 25 regional offices that span every continent with staff speaking over 40 languages.

Function

As a first level Technical Support Agent, you will be working in the International Service Desk and reporting to the Team leader. This already established Service Desk provides B2B IT support services to the internal users of a multinational company from Germany. The Service Desk is expanding and therefore offering exiting career opportunities. You will provide support to a English Business Client

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Provide Excellent Customer Support
• Answering incoming customer calls and help clients with their IT technical issues
• Follow up and solving IT incidents
• Escalate incidents to Level 2 when unable to resolve the issue via ticketing tool
• User Management
• Resolving issues as per KB instruction
• Responding to incoming emails
• Ensuring that service quality levels fully meet expectations


Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following skills, qualifications and experience:

Qualifications
• Native English and IT experience experience in the following areas:
• CITRIX, VPN, REMOTE ACCESS, CISCOORKING,M TOKENS, NETWS OFFICE, REMEDY

Experience
• Experience in Customer Service by telephone
• Experience in helpdesk or Technical support

Skills:
• Advanced multitasking skill
• Friendly and customer focused attitude
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Excellent trouble shooting skills.
• Quick adaptor
• Team player
• Capable to handle punctual moments of stress.
