Account Manager with Native Level of English

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Department: Native Speakers


Our client is an international marketing and sales solutions provider, which specialises in the IT Industry. Among others they collaborate with well-known companies such as Dell, Xerox, Microsoft. They help with contacting and managing prospective and existing customers with the objective of developing and growing the business of their clients. The company uses marketing databases, telephone, email or web in order to achieve results that are measurable and profitable. They work with only the very best Blue Chip companies helping them achieve their sales and marketing goals.

The company was founded in 1996 in Bournemouth. It currently has more than 300 employees across 4 sites, which include Bournemouth, England, Miami, USA, Auckland, New Zealand and Barcelona, Spain.


As an Account Manager you will be required to ensure each client project is executed successfully and that the client relationship is retained and developed. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with the clients and delivering stable, sustainable revenue growth to the company.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Hit sales target within the company’s framework.
- Generate and develop new business by winning and keeping the confidence and trust of existing prospective clients.
- Developing and executing account plans.
- Ensure that deals are successfully closed, and time is not wasted chasing business which does not result in a sale (business management, revenue management, qualifying, forecasting, closing deals)
- Manage the procurement process through close of business to collection of payment.
- Establish measurable benchmarks for quality, quantity, and cost of results, and monitor measure them on behalf of the client.
- Take actions to ensure clients satisfaction, by checking internally that campaigns are executed to time, to budget and to quality and keeping the clients updated on the progress of their campaign.


We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

-Native Level of English
-Experience as Account Manager in the service industry is a must
