Customer Service & Sales Support with fluent Finnish and Swedish


Location: Vantaa, Finland

Through its three businesses: Textile Specialties, Paper Solutions and Emulsion Products, they deliver specialized performance and color solutions to meet customer needs in their local markets.

Function

EMEA CSD team and Nordics Sales hub located in Helsinki, are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and customer focused personality in the function of:

Customer Service:
- Close interaction with sales force, supporting with clarification about product replacements
- Manage all customer enquiries: products, shortages and solutions, scheduling, etc.
- Maintain customer quotations and tender activities in SAP
- Solve or escalate order and logistics related issues/requests
- Proactive communication of changes to customer and all relevant parties
- Capture customer complains in quality management system

Order Processing:
- Sales order processing according to provided rule set
- Manage full cycle of Traded Goods delivered orders
- Handle and monitor all order types and order tracking
- Release, monitor and check orders with delivery blocks
- Handle return of all goods
- Create debit and credit notes

Sales Administration:
- Maintain contracts agreements in database
- Prepare bonus and rebate credits
- Monitor accounts receivables and payment follow up for services
- Capture market information in database
- Provide customers with technical product information, such as brochures
- Liase with supply chain for freight rates if necessary
- Support planning and fulfilment of customer requirements based on Marketing guidelines
- Compile and prepare informational data as requested

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration preferred
- 2-3 years industry experience in a CSD role
- Good SAP (R3 module) knowledge
- Fluent in Finnish, Swedish and English, any additional languages a plus
- Self-starting and target-oriented individual
- Multitasker with excellent organizational/communication skills
- Strong team player with a clear track record of working independently
