As Accommodation Service Executive your tasks will be:
• Being the contact for the company’s accommodation partners answering to inquiries and taking action as needed;
• Responsible for delivering a high quality service in order to keep productive and continuing relationships
• Managing accommodation partner’s contact details with a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Advising accommodation partners about their webpages and how they can amend information
• Verifying accuracy of information provided by the partner on the website
Requirements:
-Fluent in Icelandic and English
-Some previous experience in hospitality or customer oriented industries
-Flexibility
-Solution oriented and business awareness
-Enjoy working in a client- driven environment
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Team player, efficient, organized and proactive
-Ability to learn quickly
