We are searching for a solid sales professional to join our agency relationship management team based in Barcelona incremental growth and value by influencing and shaping the go-to market strategy of their agency portfolio, focused on driving our Spanish partner agencies’ success. The ideal candidate will drive incremental growth and value by influencing and shaping the go-to market strategy of their agency portfolio.


As an Agency Customer Success Specialist, you will provide insights and trainings on the latest advertising products and solutions to your agency portfolio. Your focus will be working with agencies to improve the overall campaign quality of their clients’ digital marketing campaigns, driving better ROI and optimal solutions for each one of them.

Additional duties include:
-Act as a trusted consultant advising agencies on the most efficient product strategies that drive positive ROI to their customers.
-Responsible for achieving and exceeding quarterly revenue quota while delivering a world class customer experience.
-Deliver trainings on new products and opportunities to the agency staff.
-Consolidate and manage relationships with key agency stakeholders.

Qualifications:
-1-3 years’ digital marketing related experience. Experience working in an advertising agency a plus.
-University degree required.
-Hands on experience managing advertising campaigns with major online advertising platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
-Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Fluency in English, Native Spanish speaker - Catalan is a plus.
-Familiar with the online marketing landscape and concepts such as SEM, SEO, social media marketing, analytics, media planning and strategy.
