Our client is a global international travel company based in Barcelona.

As a Customer Advisor your main responsibilities will be:

-Deliver a high level of customer service.
-Using empathy/positive language when answering questions while they're browsing the website
-Spotting opportunities to provide information that your customer may require at a later stage
-Consistently create encouraging experiences for our customers, whether they're booking online/over the phone

We’re looking for people who work 39 hours per week.

We are looking for a professional with the following:

Qualifications

-Native level of Danish
-High level of English

Experience

- Experience in customer service is an advantage

Skills

-Respectful and confident communicator; passionate about providing the best experience possible
-Takes ownership of their work and multi-tasks well
-Superb problem-solving skills and is able to flex to different customer profiles
-You’ll love helping people and have a real passion for making customers feel special.
