Our client is a leader within the hospitality industry. The company is specialised in the e-commerce sector and has a defined presence having established solid business relationships across the European market.

Reporting to the Department Manager of Support/Supervision, your mission as a B2B Agent will consist of accompanying our clients with the management of their needs.

To complete your mission you need to perform the following functions:

- Manage incidents via phone and email.
- Solve related incidents.
- Make the changes need on the website.
- Provide exceptional Customer service

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

- Native level of French
- Good level of English or Spanish
- Another foreign language is a plus
- A first experience in the restaurant sector is highly valued
- Team worker, client oriented and strong communicative skills
