Our client is a leader within the hospitality industry. The company is specialised in the e-commerce sector and has a defined presence having established solid business relationships across the European market.
To complete your mission you need to perform the following functions:
- Providing the best Customer Service experience to clients
- Manage incidents via phone and email.
- Give technical support for our reservation software and solve related incidents.
- Make the necessary changes on the website.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
- Native level of Dutch.
- Some technological knowledge and experience in a technical support environment will be considered as a plus
- Working knowledge of MS office ( excel, word )

- Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work handle different activities at the same time.
