Operating more than 1 milion international flights a day, our client is a leading company in the Tourism and Holidays industry.
We are now looking for skilled professionals with a positive attitude and motivation to provide service for the summer high season.
A regular day in the office would be:
- Resolve client´s incidences over the phone and email
- Following up to ensure the resolution.
- Providing information about services
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Acting as part of a team
We are looking for someone:
- Great communication skills
- Friendly and positive
- Willing to work in an international environement
- Native level of Italian or French
- Any other Erupean Language is a plus!
- Inmediately available
- Office in the City Center right next to the BEACH!
- Contract of 30H a week (with possibility of overtime if you want)
- x 5 days of work a week
- Working shifts: morning and afternoon shift (NO NIGHT SHIFTS)
- Temporary contract (2 months + 2 months)
