Our client is a leading multinational online reservations company based in Barcelona.

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be working in the Customer Service division and reporting the team manager. Your objective will be handling pre- and post booking inquiries.

Your main responsibilities:

-Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax
-Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations
-Processing travelling reservations via telephone
- Handling outbound calls to arrange special requests
-Relationship management
-Manage relationships by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
-Ensuring the complete reservations cycle and supporting all issues

Qualifications
-Excellent level of Dutch
-Fluent in English
-Experienced with internet and travel industry

-Available to work full-time (40 h/week) and flexible in work schedule
-Available to attend a full-time paid training
-In possession of a valid work-permit for Spain (if required).

- Gross salary of EUR 1500€ based on 40 hours (14 payments scheme)
- Language bonus (12 payments)
- Guaranteed 5% salary increase after the first 6 months and another 5% increase after a full year
- Quarterly Bonus Plan: 12% of your salary based on set targets

- Work schedule 4 to 6 weeks in advance
