Our client is an international company from the telecom equipment - sales industry (B2B).
For our online and direct sales of telecommunications products (telephones, headsets, walkie talkies, etc.) via telephone, online shop and e-mail we are looking for good sales profiles with excellent German for our customers in the German-speaking countries (DACH). We need support in Sales and Outbounding.
Main tasks:
- Sales and support by telephone
- Business account management, creation of orders and lead follow-up
- New customer acquisition and customer reactivation
- Sales and team organization as well as process optimization
- German as mother tongue (or perfect spoken and written)
- Sales, distribution-oriented thinking proactive
- Good communication skills, high operational readiness and good organization
- Good MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- English, Spanish or French knowledge is an advantage
- Permanent contract with 3 months trial period
