It’s an around-the-clock beauty bookings platform that puts customers and salon managers in control. It lets customers to book at times and prices that suit; and provides all the style know-how people need to look and feel amazing. At the same time it provides salons a platform to market their businesses and fill quieter times by exploiting bespoke salon management software and online marketplace.

Our ever growing operations team requires the help of a Group Trainer, someone who can drive best practice for the group. Reporting to the Global Operations Director, the successful candidate will develop and facilitate new training modules and support all ongoing training initiatives for the group.

You will also be responsible for:

• Creation and Implementation of:
o Induction programmes for new hires
o Ongoing development programmes
• Developing best practice documentation sharing analysis and evaluation of training needs across our international teams
• Working with operations managers to identify successful behaviours, strategies and tactics across international teams
• Communicating updates on new software releases
• Creating and delivering of a positive, fun and rewarding training environment
• Supporting Operations in any duties necessary
• The role reports directly to the Global Operations Director

• Experience in managing and training teams
• English is a must. An additional language is a huge plus
• Experience in creating and delivering effective training programmes and presentations
• Possessing a strategic mindset, you are able to identify USPs, strengths and successful actions (which can then be justified through KPIs and analytics tools)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different departments and cultures
• Demonstrate ability to be self-motivated, self-directed and work independently
