You will join an innovative company, with a young and multicultural environment of the IT services sector. We are on the hunt for a Customer Service Agent with an excellent level of German and English. This person will be responsible for providing service to the client via phone, web and e-mail, receiving requests and finding the solutions to them. Your main tasks will be:
- Responding to incoming calls and emails
- Troubleshoot the IT issues users are facing
- Get to the root of problems and decide which you can solve remotely and which you need to escalate to other areas of support
- Understand the end user’s business challenges
- Be part of a team
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service
- Experience in IT or technical support is a plus

Other:
- Availability to start immediately
- You will have a yearly salary of 18.309 € gross/year + performance bonus and bonus for OOHS (based and depending on attendance).
