Our Client specializes in the sale of telecoms equipment direct to corporate clients via phone, internet and email.


Our Barcelona office is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to help us significantly increase business from our extensive database of existing customers and leads.

This is a key role in our sales team, reporting directly to the General Manger.

Responsibilities:

• Increase business from our extensive database of existing customers by phone and email
• Ensure we are the go-to company for our customers’ telecoms needs by gaining a better understanding of their businesses and building relationships with key contacts
• Investigate profitable sales opportunities and create corresponding weekly contact lists for you and other members of the sales team
• Maintain a complete understanding of our product portfolio to be able to offer effective business solutions (training provided)
• Liaise with Marketing to suggest possible lead-generation email campaigns
• Follow up those leads to convert them into new customers
• Work with management to improve the quality of our database, improve processes or suggest ways of increasing sales
• Generate reports

• Minimum experience: 1 year in sales, preferably B2B
• Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner
• Commercially savvy
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Enthusiastic, hard-working with a can-do attitude
• Great team player
• Great computer skills including Word and Excel
• Native Dutch speaker

• Attractive base salary + uncapped commissions
• Working hours: Full time position (40 h/ per week) and office hours
• 22 days holiday per year
• Multi-national, friendly office located in the centre of Barcelona close to Paseo de Gracia
