Sales team Manager reports directly to the Business Unit Director:
- Managing a team of 50+ Pan European Inside Sales and Business Development positions via 8 direct reports.
- Responsible for client satisfaction, performance and quality outputs and budgetary control.
- Set PDP, Sales and IT training processes.
- Design and delivery of internal Inside Sales Academy and Power Prospecting Training for onboarding new starters.
- Succeed and increase all operational KPI's to best in market levels
- Very strong leader that must be a clear thinker and have the ability to express ideas in a way which helps his or her teams achieve its objectives
- Analytical and Strategic person
- Allround management qualities
- Experience in Finance, Accounts, Operational side and Sales
- Strong personality, good listener, energetic
- Problem solving instead of problem identifier
- People management skills, including coaching and leadership at the highest level
- C1 level of English
