As a European Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for:

-Effectively processs all incoming calls in a professional, friendly and timely manner
-Enter and process all sales order types into SAP
-Coordinate with sales regarding order status, shipping dates, product availability and back orders
-Provide support to remote sales offices and personnel
-Effectively and appropriately interact and communicate with the warehouse
-Follow up with customers regarding order confirmation
-Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution
-Follow through on customer disputes until resolved

We are looking for someone with the following requirements:

-2 years of previous experience in Customer Service
-Native level of German
-Excellent level of English
-Good knowledge of Spanish
-Good knowlegde of Office and Windows
-Knowledge of SAP or Lotus (preferably)
-High commitment to customer satisfaction
-Passion for excellence with respect to treating and acring for customer
-Patient and friendly attitude
-Strong detail orientation and analytical skills
-Flexibility and open mind-set
