As an Export Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for :

-Delivery of goods to customers (distributors world wide) ensuring high standards of service:

>Handle orders
>Resolve complaints
>Entering customer (dealers) information onto the system
>Answer customers' questions by phone or e-mail
>Create reports
>Delivery information or documentation
>Provide information about a product (availability, delivery details, delivery time, etc.)

-Permanent contact with departments involved in the export process such as:

>credit collector
>export
>warehouse administration
>sales
>planning


We are looking for someone with the following skills capabilities:

- Educational background : International Trade
-Good communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, assertiveness
-Training in foreign trade
-Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an Export Department
-Extensive knowledge of import/export and customs requirements
-Language fluency: European Languages, English + a third language

Travel requirements:
-10% of time

-Permanent contract
-Working hours: 08.00/09.00 - 17.00/18.00
