The company is working with both smaller independent hotels as well as leading international chains and is constantly striving to drive growth for the customers.

Guest Care is the 1st level support for the Hotel’s Guests and a back up for Hotel Care after hours.

Central Support serves around 18 Countries, native language skills are a necessary requirement.

Agents are regularly dealing with Network investigations to assess the Severity of the impact on the Hotel guests’ connectivity experience and are responsible to initiate the escalation path and maintain communication with customers.

Your Responsibilities:

-Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries both telephonically and by email in multiple languages.

-Ticket logging

-Handle technical investigation requests directly from our Guests/Hoteliers about the Network issues

-Communication with Guests and Hotels

-Commercial Support about product availability

-Excellent language skills (written and spoken) in English and French

-Excellent PC skills and a solid knowledge of Internet related applications
