Our client is an Information and Technology Company, offering a full range of technology products, solutions and services.

To support the growth of the EMEIA MIS business by driving marketing activities for the End User Services portfolio (Managed Workplace Services, Service Desk, Technical Support Services). Support stakeholder requirements across EMEIA and Global and work across the marketing supply chain to ensure strong execution of marketing campaigns as agreed with the field and business and aligned to marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Supports the creation of content in support of the marketing plan and requirements of the business and field marketing;
• Raise profile of Key Subject Matter Experts and MIS Leadership team via Social Media –building strong community of internal and external advocates raising awareness of our next generation EUS;
• Ensure that the MIS EUS business derives maximum benefit from the marketing value chain;
• Works with the MIS EUS business leads to define marketing priorities, executing and reporting against agreed priorities. Ensuring adoption of programme by key field marketing teams;
• Supports sales engagement and demand generation activities in support of the plan;
• Ensure MIS EUS marketing activities are synchronised in EMEIA and globally;
• Supports the development of content to support, verticalization of MIS EUS content across decision makers and buying cycle;
• Prepare budgets, support governance and undertake MIS EUS related marketing activity;
• Works with partners to compliment GTM strategies and manage MDF process, securing additional marketing funding and managing claim process;
• End to End management of events – exhibition space, breakout sessions, lead follow up and reporting.


• Specialist university degree or equivalent education;
• Over 5 years relevant professional experience in Marketing;
• Strong understanding of Digital marketing – social media campaigns;
• Good understanding of Marketo or other relevant marketing automation tools and SalesForce (or other CRM tools);
• Extensive services market know how, understanding of Managed Infrastructure Services market, experience in running marketing campaigns for Managed Workplace Services;
• Experience of running marketing campaigns to Enterprise and Mid Market customers;
• Knowledge of running marketing campaigns across EMEIA and working with a complex supply chain model;
• Results driven and passionate about driving change and delivering strong marketing campaigns against KPI.
