Italian Payment Specialist
The client is a well-known American multinational technology company. The company's hardware products includes smartphone, tablet, computer, personal computer, portable media player, smart watch, digital media player, and home smart speaker. Its online services includes several online stores.
You will be responsible for:
As a Payment Specialist you’ll be providing support in the Sales and Order Management processes (payments, refunds by credit and debit card, wire transfer, loan lease and so on).
Long story short: you’ll give an hand in solving customer queries in relation to all payment procedures offered on the clients' Online Store.
They’re are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
• Fluent or native level in Italian [C1/C2]
• Intermediate English skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solver
• People-person oriented
• Have a high affinity to the technology industry
• You are flexible and committed
