As a Sales Executive with Italian you will be working in the Sales division, reporting to the Team Leader. Your objective will be selling the products and services of the company.

You will be responsible for:

-Sell our products to existing customers or prospects via inbound outbound calls (B2C)
-Identify priorities and necessities of our clients
-Create and sustain strong customer relationships by providing relevant data insight and direction to our clients
-Work based on a variety of KPI metrics (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives)
-Utilize performance, market and competitor data analysis to implement meaningful action plans for our clients

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications

-Fluent in Italian in addition to English/Spanish (Spoken and written)
-Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

- 2-4 years of sales or account management experience (in contact centers preferred but not essential)
-Experience selling by phone
-Desirable experience working at the internet industry

Skills

-High standards of computer literacy and keyboarding skills
-Experience with business support software applications such as MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
-Knowledge of Salesforce (desirable)
