Our client is a multinational company from pharmaceutical sector.

For our Client - a multinational company from the pharmaceutical sector - is looking to incorporate a Customer Service Agent with an Excellent level of French.

As a Member of the Multilingual Customer Centre your main tasks will be:

-Providing qualified product support in the field of Health Care
-Providing instructions for the diverse products handling
-Promoting company products and innovations both via telephone and written correspondence.

- You are generally interested in solving IT questions.
- You enjoy cross-cultural situations and handle them with competence and empathy
- You are a self-starter, so you are able to read technical information and transmit that technical information to the customers
- You can work in a team setting, while encountering yourself in a highly sales-driven and service oriented environment
- You have the ability to work under pressure, while self-dependence and flexibility are qualities that characterize you best
- You have completed your vocational training and/ or college
- A fluent command of one of the following languages would be a plus: Italian, Portuguese, French and Spanish
- Excellent level of French and English required
