Affiliate Manager with high level of Spanish and English

Location: Sitges, Spain

Department: Native Speakers

Salary: 50.000 - 60.000 €

● Ownership of recruiting and managing new affiliates within key regions to support BetWarrior’s growth. This includes representing BetWarrior at industry events
● You will build proactive, positive and productive business relationships with affiliates based on clear performance targets and compensation schemes
● Responsibility for ensuring all affiliate material is up to date, such as campaigns, bonus offers, and links, and that affiliate websites are promoting BetWarrior in an appropriate and compliant manner
● You will manage the resolution of affiliate related technical, commercial and operational issues as required
● Ownership of developing and implementing initiatives to improve affiliate performance and retention within the scope established by the Marketing team
● Responsibility for defining forecasts, budgets and KPIs, as well as providing regular reports on affiliate performance across Sportsbook and Casino. Responsibility for monitoring KPIs on a daily basis to make sure development is steady and positive
● You will work with the CRM and Marketing teams to create promotions and run effective marketing campaigns to optimise affiliate acquisition and retention

● You have minimum 5 years of experience with managing online gaming affiliates, preferably within Casino and Sports Betting
● Strong negotiation and influencing skills with an eye for detail required
● Proven and consistent track record of executing an aggressive growth strategy and delivering results
● Knowledge of global online affiliate models and/or online marketing payment models
● Strategic and commercial thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Knowledge of the South American online gaming market, products and customers a plus
● Experience with Affiliate Management Platforms, such as NetRefer or Income Access
● Highly motivated with the ability to manage and direct self to consistently meet challenging targets within a fast-moving industry and a dynamic organisation
● Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders
● Good communication skills in written and spoken English, PLUS either Spanish or Portuguese
● Relevant academic degree or qualification, e.g. within Business or Digital Marketing
