Our client is a Multinational Company specialized in manufacturing and selling security systems for businesses all around Europe.

The person is responsible for the Planning of the installation and Service calls as well of the relationships with the pears including subcontractors, technicians, customers and the overall CS and Sales team.

Also will be in charge of providing all the proper documents related to the installations or service calls required for billing.

Your main responsibilities would be:
-Plan Service calls and Installations from customers
-Manage Installation and reinstallation orders with technicians and subcontractors
-Establish installation date: Contact with the customer, with Sales Department, and Field Service
-Assign and modify Backlog status.
-Release material
-Create and control return orders relates to the installations
-Confirm and verify installations and service calls.
-Ensures receiving Sign off from Field Service.
-Confirm and prepare all documents for billing including status update.
-Submit all ready to bill to Billing dpt.
-Backlog follow up


We are looking for candidates with the following skills, qualifications and experience:

Experience:
Strong Billing and Order Management expertise
Experience of working with a US GAP (for Month End closure)

Language Skills
-Native level of Dutch or Flemish.
-Fluent in English and intermediate french

IT / Presentation Skills
-SAP knowledge on SD processes
-MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point) / Lotus Notes

Intercompany Skills
-Clear internal and external communication skills.
