These Team Leaders must have a clear vocation towards the customer service sector in order to transmit this passion to their team members. Their profile must be focused on soft skills, leadership with a clear orientation towards helping others.
Although the vacancies are located where Booking.com has its main offices, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Berlin, Cambridge, London and Lille, the company is looking for Team Leaders who come from all over Europe. The assessment centres will take place in Dublin, Porto, Paris, Malta, Warsaw, Prague, Belfast, Madrid, Bratislava, Gibraltar and Bucharest. These assessments centres will focus on group dynamics and will be the first step taken in finding the perfect professional profiles for this position.
