Our client is a gambling and online gambling operator in both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) markets. The company has four business segments with a number of brands including sports labels; games labels; B2B and non-core assets.
We are looking for a CRM Executive for a leading company of online gaming and sports betting markets. Excellent Spanish and English is required.
As a CRM Executive you will contribute to the marketing plan and implement communications strategies to optimise retention channels performance that will reach and exceed company targets.
• Execute promotions, new product features communications, newsletters and in-app push messages.
• Execute and publish editorial content.
• Execute automated retention cycles.
• Implement product cross sale communications and promotions.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar role.
• University Degree in Business, Marketing , Advertising or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of sports.
• Native Spanish required.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
