Main responsibilities
- To provide an unique access point for requesting IT support from our offices and stores based in Spain and abroad.
- To conduction of the IT Help desk service through call handling; problem identification, logging, tracking, priorization and resolution, and; escalation to the technical and business applications teams as appropriate.
- To analyze the recorded information in the helpdesk tracking system in order to improve the support process flow and to implement preventive measures for avoiding issues.
- To document troubleshooting guides for assisting in the problems resolution
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science preferred.
- English language written and verbal skills.
- Experience in working in IT Helpdesk environments will be valuable.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to work effectively in a pressure setting.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
