To provide support to the main IT infrasructure of the company in conjunction with the IT team or outside vendors, according to the agreed service levels.

Main responsibilities

o Administration of file servers -Windows oriented- and network -LAN/WAN- infrastructure in conjunction with the IT technical teams
o Participates in the elaboration of required documentation and provides user trainings when required.

Additional responsibilities
o Carry out project tasks as assigned meeting the given deadlines.
o To monitor the correct usage of the IT policy’s within the company and to assist in keeping them up to date!
o To assist in user support if requiredSkills.
o Education University degree or similar degree in Computer Science preferred.
o Minimum 3 years experience supporting IT systems
o Experience in participating in projects implementation
o Excellent knowledge of PC/ Server Hardware/Software
o Understanding of networking and infrastructure
o Ability to quickly learn and implement new solutions
o Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
oUnderstanding of MAC environments
o Knowledge of MS Office products.
