THE JOB
• Receive 2nd line phone calls in your native language
• Help the client as good as possible by resolving his/her IT problem
• Challenging IT situations

WORKING HOURS
• Monday to Friday
• 9am to 6pm

Requirements:

• An IT Specialist.
• European languages + very good level of English.
• Looking for a permanent position.
• 1 year of trouble shooting experience required.
• Dynamism, good presentation, and motivation.

• Start salary: 18.500€ bruto / year
• Bonus : 1.980€ / year in Ticket Restaurant
