THE JOB
• As a CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST you will have to be able to work in a constantly changing environment by supporting customer service inquiries/ needs via email and phone regarding services, information.
• As a member of the Design, Sales and Services team you will have to show great communication skills, patience, abilities to provide appropriate solutions and organisational qualities.
• You will have to maintain a positive attitude, and must provide excellent customer services even when multi-tasking.
THE WORKING HOURS
• Monday to Friday
• 9am to 6 pm
Requirements:
• Native speaker language (DUTCH) is absolutely required, for both spoken and written communications
• Fluent English + FLUENT PORTUGUESE OR FLUENT FRANCES
• Working level of English is a must
• High school diploma, a Bachelor's or technical school degree is preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, particularly with a multi-channel customer service environment
• Familiarity with Internet browsers and computer-based systems
• Experience with graphic design and/or photo imaging design software is a plus
• Able to work in a constantly changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude, you must provide excellent customer service even while multi-tasking.

Economics:

18.000€ gross a year
