A multinational company specialized in advancing electronics, communications, life sciences and chemical analysis with their European Service Office based in Barcelona. International and young work environment.


Job description:

- Focal Point for Support and sales force for all support maintenance contracts quotations, renewals and account receivable collection processes, issues and problem resolutions. - Responsible for customer service tasks which require planning and judgment - Order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, product changes or returns, application assistance


Requirements:

- Native in FINNISH and have a very high level of English
- Other European language will be an advantage
- Experience of 2 years in administration
- Knowledge of Siebel and Oracle will be highly valued
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work in a stressful environment.


Economics:

Working Hours Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 Benefits Restaurant tickets (6.75€), private health insurance, bonus twice a year depending on the results of the company (UP TO 10%) Working place Balmes Barcelona Salary FROM 20.000€ to 23.000 € gross / year
