•Our client is currently looking for collection agents to provide administrative support or telephone banking services from Barcelona to their customers in Europe for their information and transactional needs.
•We are looking for professionals with Danish and good level of English who are interested in developing their careers in a financial and customer service environment.
•You will have to show good communication skills, and provide excellent customer service responses.

Requirements:

•Native Danish + good level of English
•Looking for a permanent position
•Experience in Customer Service
•Experience in Collections is valued
•Dynamism, good presentation and motivation

Economics:

16.500€ gross / year
