•As a customer service agent you will have to make sure that you answer as well as possible to the customers’ needs / questions.
•You will be providing a contact point for the company’s Retail and Wholesale customers, working together with internal departments to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met according to World Class Customer Service Standards.
•You will be in contact with national and international clients, and therefore will have to show excellent communication skills and great phone manners.
Working hours:
•39 hrs/ week
•Shifts: morning/afternoon/nights and weekends (Night Hour Bonus)
Requirements:
•Native Italian + Business level of English
•Previous working experience in Administration/Customer Care (at least 1-2 years)
•Excellent customer facing skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Good decision making skills and close attention to detail
• Team player skills, ability to work unsupervised
Economics:
18.000€ gross per year (12 payments)
20.000€ gross per year after probation period
