•The company is an award winning and leading provider of Data, Voice and Managed Services to business and government in Europe. Their services are not aimed for residential market.•The company began in 1992 with funding from Fidelity Investments. Within a year the company completed 15 km of our London network, and been granted a PTO licence so that they could offer voice and transmission service.•The company is now present in Germany, France, Spain and Switzerland. Among the services provided we can name: Ethernet, Internet Access, Broadcast, Voice Line, Lanlink, etc.
•As a customer service agent you will have to make sure that you answer as well as possible to the customers’ needs / questions.
•You will be providing a contact point for the company’s Retail and Wholesale customers, working together with internal departments to ensure that the customer’s requirements are met according to World Class Customer Service Standards.
•You will be in contact with national and international clients, and therefore will have to show excellent communication skills and great phone manners.
Working hours:
•39 hrs/ week
•Shifts: morning/afternoon/nights and weekends (Night Hour Bonus)
Requirements:
•Native French + Business level of English
•Previous working experience in Administration/Customer Care (at least 1-2 years)
•Excellent customer facing skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Good decision making skills and close attention to detail
•Team player skills, ability to work unsupervised
Economics:
18.000€ gross per year (12 payments)
20.000€ gross per year after probation period
